Main Street in Chatham is growing in leaps and bounds, with so many new and wonderful offerings. The first is ‘Prepared’, the new take-out restaurant that took over in the space that used to be Ralph’s Pretty Good Cafe. Well, Prepared is more than ‘pretty good’, it’s the creation of Dominic Guiliano, chef at the Blue Plate just down the road on Main Street. The space was beautifully renovated, and offers fresh, healthy, delicious, clean food prepared by Chef Guiliano and delivered with ingredients from local farms. A well-known secret is that Madeline Delosh, formerly of Mado, is still at it, baking wonderful scones, muffins, and all sorts of other culinary delights, available at Prepared, too! What a great combo, and great addition to Main Street!

The other piece of news will be received enthusiastically by the residents of Columbia County. Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that Columbia County, in Round 1, will get over $3.5M for broadband service. Yay! Another, spectacular addition and piece of news!
