I remember being one of those fervent ‘seekers’, eager to find the perfect country place, and not hindered by the weather. But, this storm was a monster, affecting much of the Northeast. New York City was spared the worst of it, and people were eager to venture up. It soon became clear to all that was just not a possibility. So, while the calendar says Spring is coming on 3/20, in just 5 days, it feels more like the middle of winter. For the skiiers, that’s good news. For the others, as it is says ‘this, too, shall pass’. Either way, we hope to see you soon!
