One of Columbia County’s favorite celebrities appeared yesterday at the Chatham Book Store, in Chatham, NY (Columbia County) to meet with folks and read from his new book, ‘Extreme Weather’. The affable Al Roker, well-known meteorologist and author and part-time resident in the area met a full house yesterday afternoon at the book store and what a perfect way to spend a chilly Saturday afternoon! Always happy to see this very talented and engaging guy ‘in our neck of the woods’. Thanks Al!!
